Take Control

The CSR single tank control can work with any modern classifying tank, provided that it uses multiple electric solenoid activated hydraulic valves at each station. No additional sensors are required to run this control on your tank. The enclosure is mounted on a wall and 110 VAC is all that's required to run the control. The CSR Control can handle tanks with 7 to 11 stations, up to 2 metering bins, and 2, 3 or 4 valves per station.

The CSR Control ("CSR") offers the most advanced technology in the industry. Housed in a streamlined, NEMA 12 enclosure, the CSR's components are of the highest quality. An industrial, touch-screen computer ensures reliability and ease of use. The heart of Aggregate Innovations' CSR is its software program. Four years of research and development and two years of testing ensure the program is tried and true. It combines sophisticated features with ease of operation.

The CSR is the only computerized control that accepts percent-passing and/or percent-retained specifications. It allows the operator to enter specifications in any sieve size.
The CSR provides advanced report generation. The reports, generated daily or weekly, give complete information on production. The reports also give detailed quality assurance information, allowing the operator to track productivity and assure customers of product consistency.
Advanced Error Checking keeps close tabs on what is happening inside the classifying system. If a problem comes up, the control displays an error message and makes suggestions for fixing the problem.
Calibration "On-The-Fly" allows the operator to run the plant without interruption by using stockpile samples to calibrate. It's like changing the oil and lubricating your trucks while they are rolling down the road!
