Operator Interface

Aggregate Innovations' CSRÒ control is simply the best control on the market today. The CSR offers the most accurate product tracking, the most advanced report generation, the most built-in flexibility and EASE OF USE unmatched by any other computerized control. The CSR control operates in a WindowsÒ environment ON A TOUCHSCREEN and/or a keyboard that allows your operator to view important information and make critical changes quickly and easily from one screen. The Information Center takes up the bottom 1/2 of the screen. It shows information with respect to the classifying tank. The station settings can be changed by touching the setting number. A numeric keypad will appear for data entry. Each valve can be manually dumped by touching the valve's indicating square for the desired valve. The valve's indicating square will light green while the valve is open.

The Product Windows are displayed on the upper 1/2 of the screen. The product windows graphically display complete information on both product One and product Two. The large graphs show product specifications, product modifications and the current product curve.

The Windows environment makes the CSR very simple to use. The learning curve on other computerized controls can take months or even years, but the CSR's user-friendly features make it compatible with your people. Each "dialog box" that asks something of your operator also provides a hint panel. That panel tells the operator exactly what the CSR expects and exactly what the operator can do. Dialog boxes also include a description of the box's function. The descriptions are less detailed for boxes used frequently and more detailed for those used less often. Aggregate Innovations' CSR control lets the operator work more efficiently and accurately. That improves your bottom line!
