Calibration

This screen is something you won't see on any other computerized control. That's because it allows you to do something that no other computerized control can do... Calibrate "On-The-Fly." Calibration is something that needs to be performed on every computerized control, and the CSR control lets you perform this regular maintenance task without sacrificing production time. The operator simply enters any current stockpile sample, the time it was taken from the stockpile, and which stockpile it was taken from. The CSR Control then displays a graph showing the sample and what the control "thought" it made. If the graphs are not close enough, the operator has the option to calibrate using this information. That is it! Aggregate Innovations' Calibration "On-The-Fly" is like changing the oil and lubricating your trucks as they're rolling down the road. This calibration feature gives your operator an opportunity to calibrate as often as necessary, and that keeps you in control of your product gradation. This eliminates the need to change product and move your conveyors just to perform a calibration as with other calibration methods.

The CSR control accepts the stock pile gradation in any format. This removes the burden from the operator of converting the data from one format to another. The CSR control then converts the information into the form it needs. This reduces the chance for human error and keeps your operator's mind on running the classifying system.
