The CSR-DUAL control offers incredible flexibility with individual valve assignments, individual product calibration, tonnage prediction and a host of other features, all designed to keep your plant running at maximum efficiency.

Individual Valve Assignments

The CSR-DUAL control's ability to accept individual valve assignments gives the operator the flexibility to assign any valve in the tanks to any product being produced.

Individual Product Calibration

The CSR-DUAL control uses the producer's normal stockpile sample for calibration. Not only will the CSR-DUAL control use existing stockpiles and existing labor, but it also offers calibration for each product. The CSR-DUAL control offers accuracy and reliability because of individual product calibration.

Tonnage Prediction

The CSR-DUAL control's tonnage prediction gives the operator shift reports of plant performance and products on the ground. Tonnage prediction also gives the operator a real-time view of products produced by the classifying tank.

Other Features

The CSR-DUAL control accurately operates on a single set of cell samples. Cell samples are difficult and time consuming to retrieve and process. Aggregate Innovations' CSR-DUAL control can operate with percent-passing and/or percent-retained specifications. Producers can make either or both with ease using the CSR-DUAL control.
